The plain version.
PassionOS is early-stage, and so are these terms — written in plain language on purpose, and expected to grow more formal as the product does.
Using PassionOS
You sign in with a real phone number. Be honest in your profile and in the hello message you send an organizer — it's read by a real person making a real decision about letting you into their community.
Communities and organizers
Organizers decide who joins their community and can remove a member at any time. That's their call to make about a group they're responsible for, in the real world. PassionOS doesn't referee those decisions.
Payments and fees
PassionOS doesn't process payments itself — there's no payment gateway. If a gathering has a real cost, you pay the organizer directly (UPI, bank transfer, or cash) and they confirm it on the platform once received. For paid or donation-based gatherings, PassionOS does take a real platform fee (currently 5%) — it's deducted from what the organizer earns, not charged to you separately.
What we ask of you
- Be a real person, using your real number.
- Show up if you RSVP, or let the organizer know if your plans change.
- Treat other members the way you'd want to be treated at someone's table.
Changes
As real features ship — messaging, payments, verification — these terms will be updated to describe them honestly, not in advance of them existing.
